Absolutely terrible experience. My appointment was at 6:00 PM. I arrived early at 5:45 PM and was not even called to check in until 7:34 PM. I stayed patient the entire time and never complained once about the wait, even while multiple other people in the waiting room were clearly upset and complaining too. The worst part is they lied about the services they were going to provide. The operator who scheduled my appointment messed up, and the guy at the desk complaing about the operator and tell me he gonna do it anyway but instead of being honest from the beginning, they told me they could still complete all 6 scans. After doing only two scans, they suddenly changed their story and said they couldn’t do the rest. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of my time. While waiting, I could overhear staff at the front desk talking about how “rude” clients are and how they want to transfer to another location. Maybe if this place was managed properly, people wouldn’t be frustrated in the first place. They literally had people walking out because no one was being called and there was zero organization. The young girl at the desk honestly seemed overwhelmed, which tells me management is the real issue here. Poor scheduling, horrible communication, extremely long wait times, and misleading patients about services. I would never recommend this location to anyone
