Walked in here with my mom. Our wait wasn’t too bad. She was very happy with the customer service. Like all medical offices this place seems a little overwhelmed but she was diagnosed and medication was sent over right away with no serious issues.

This place should be investigated as a pill mill or something. I was previously a client, but in January was referred here after a visit to Kings County hospital. When I went in to reschedule my appointment, the female staff member told me I couldn't get an appointment because I didn't have a cell phone. It's 2025!!! Do you not understand the concept of email? Plus I live in the neighborhood. Make a house call, send a letter. It was just so unprofessional to behave in this way. Totally shocking policy.
