A-Rate! The place was clean and the staff was amazing. From the time I entered this place it was good vibes only. The front desk greeter was all smiles. The nurse that gave me water and IV was great, I didn’t even feel the needle. The guy that did my scans was great. It felt like talking to one of my homeboys from college. I recommend..

The staff at Imagining Specialists were amazing. I was welcomed immediately, offered water and was made comfortable right away. I was kept informed of how things were going and how much longer I had to wait until I would be seen. This was the most caring facility that I have ever been to.

Everyone there was very polite , respectful ,friendly, respectful and extremely professional. From the moment you walked in to the moment you were leaving. The nurse that was putting in my IV was very gentle and she was very caring. The technician that was in charge of doing my test was very sweet he was friendly very comforting and reassuring in letting me know what the procedure would be like, the whole staff made it easier for me especially knowing what I’m going through.

I had a really positive experience with NY Imaging and Brooklyn Imaging (same organization, just different locations). Dave called me early at 8 AM to reschedule my appointment to an earlier time, and although I wasn’t able to make it to the original location, he went out of his way to help me find another site closer to my job. Luckily, the Brooklyn location was only about a 10-minute walk, which made things so much easier for me. I’m very grateful for their professionalism and how quickly they coordinated with the other location to fit me in on such short notice. When I arrived at the Brooklyn office, the receptionist was kind and patient while I explained my situation. Nina, the RN, was extremely gentle and reassuring when placing the IV for contrast, which I really appreciated. Daniel, the lead CT tech, clearly explained the scan process and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, I’m very appreciative of everyone’s effort and care. The teamwork, efficiency, and kindness across both locations really stood out. Highly recommend!

L.K. The staff is exceptional. I recently had to get MRI and CAT scans, everything moved on time and the staff were all completely pleasant. They explained everything and never made me feel like a bother. Very good service. Also, the facility is very clean, including the bathroom and that’s always a plus.
