I've only been there once but so far, had a good experience! I arrived on time, front desk was friendly when I checked in, 15 minutes later they called me in (exactly at my appointment time) and my scan commenced without any additional wait. The radiology tech was very nice, seemed like she was thorough and not rushed. So I had a very smooth, efficient experience here. Don't know if it's always like that, especially as I went on a weekday. The entry and waiting area looks pretty crappy, so I was a bit worried, but the exam rooms are clean and decent. They should invest a little in rehabbing the elevator and the waiting room, but other than that, the facility seemed fine. I'm going to try them again for my next scan.

I've been using this imaging center for years and December 2020 was probably my very first mammogram appointment that ran on time. I was also seen earlier than the appointment time and was done in under 10 minutes for the first time ever. Covid seems to have stopped people from booking or maybe stopped overbooking? Who can be sure. They were social distancing and had each patient screened off. This facility is usually very crowded no matter what time of day I book. This was a vast improvement but hopefully it does not mean that people are not keeping up with their annual checkups.

The experience was extremely quick and efficient. I was a little thrown off when the woman at the front desk asked for my weight. I didn’t get a warm and friendly vibe from office staff, but I’m sure it was a long day. They did their job quickly and efficiently .technician was quickest I’ve ever had.

Slow to process in waiting area/front desk; at least give the forms for completion to new patients. I waited 30 minutes before any one spoke to me. Appointment making can be improved by letting you know all the information needed to schedule one: I had to call three times to get an appointment and when I got to the facility they still had to call the doctor for the same information. Staff was polite but not friendly. On phone staff were very pleasant and polite. Exam was efficient no waiting involved. They need more space though; the office was very tight.
