I made an appointment thinking this was Brookyn Health PT and I had reservations when I saw they changed to Access PT (I wasn’t familiar with them). I’m now 5 weeks into my treatment plan and things are completely up to my expectations. Michael Salvione is very attentive, professional, and easy to work with. Matt and Lizbeth and the rest of the staff have been so great and easy to correspond with. I’m so glad I chose this place!

Don’t come here if your finger is broken because they will break it more. My pinky broke two weeks ago and my doctor, Nikhil Agrawal, MD, told me not to bend it for 8 weeks or it could affect my healing. I explained all of this to Michael, my occupational therapist at Access Physical Therapy & Wellness. However, Mike told me to temporarily remove my splint anyway and bend it for a few seconds daily. After I left his office, I noticed pain in my finger suddenly returned. So I double-checked with my doctor and he explained to me that I was correct, I wasn’t supposed to bend it. Mike is not a real professional. He did not look over my referral before or during the appointment. There were important comments left by my doctor that specifically state I should be wearing my splint full time. I’m going to NYU for treatment.
