I had my endoscopy done at this location not too long ago and the staffs were very professional. Waiting time was not long at all so I'm not sure where the bad reviews are coming from. During the procedure, they would let me know exactly what's going to happen so that you feel safe and secure. They even answer all your questions to help you feel reassured. I remembered that I slept a little longer than expected during my procedure but the staffs didn't force you to wake up. They allow you to sleep till you wake up naturally and I think that's one of the best procedure I've gotten.

I do not recommend coming here. I waited almost 4 hours after my appointment, and when i finally got inside, the anesthesia doctor poked out my hand and my arm randomly, looking for the vein !! After i woke up, my front tooth hurt a lot, and my bottom lip was bruised and in pain. I did ask the front they said it is normal. After 2 weeks i couldn't attend my appointment to speak with the doctor Po cheng chu which is a very good doctor. The staff told me that they can't send me my report over the email or the phone
