I went to Dr. Hima Patel for some foot issues I had been dealing with for a while, and honestly I’m really glad I did. From the start, she took her time to properly diagnosis what was going on, asked a lot of questions, and actually listened to everything I had to say instead of rushing through the visit. That alone made a big difference. She explained things in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I wound understand exactly what the problem was and what my options were. She didn’t just push one solution either, she gave me multiple treatment options and talked through the pros and cons of each, which I really apperciated. These days it feels like most doctor appointments are super quick and you barely get a chance to ask questions, but that was not the case here at all. She was patient, thorough, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. It’s honestly nice to see an exception to what has become the norm. Overall, I had a really positive experience and would def recommend her to anyone dealing with foot issues or just looking for a podiatrist who actually cares about her patients.
