Been going here for YEARSSS. I will say the front desk was abit iffy from 2019 to 2023. Picking up calls was hardly a thing. Because I live very close, there was a time I would call wait for them pick up the phone, walk all the way to the office, get inside and watch two young ladies sitting at the front with the phone ringing. But as of 2024, it hasn't been a time where I called and didn't speak to someone in the front desk. There's a Hispanic (when I get her name next time I will update) there and has been very polite, personable and attentive from the moment she arrived at this office. The phlebotomist, Millie (I belive that's her name) has been there for a long time, I love her. She professional and personable as well. The two doctors I see are Dr. Robinson (been seeing him since I started going here which has been at minimum 8 years) and Dr. Sergey (been seeing him recently since the summer). These are my doctors, wouldn't want anyone else, ever. I love them. They are the best. I recommend 👌🏽.

The doctor was very nice and I don't have any issues with him, but I have a feeling this office is trying to scam insurance companies for useless fees. I've been into the office twice now and both times they drew blood and sent it off to the lab. Both times I've been told they will call me to let me know the results. I never receive that call so I have to call and ask about my lab results. They have the doctor call me to let me know the results, but then the office charges it as a "tele-health visit" which then charges me another $25 co-pay. So I paid a copay at the time of the visit and now I have to pay another copay just to find out my lab results?! Any other doctors office will have the nurse or the nurse practitioner call and let the patient know about their results and it's just a follow up as a part of the original visit OR other doctors will send you an email with the results and a note letting you know if everything is ok or if you need to follow up with something. At this office they will email me my lab results but I have to ask for them...it's not an automatic thing. And their portal wasn't updated either. The problem is I don't know how to interpret what the values indicate. I didn't go to medical school. Thats why I'm seeing the doctor in the first place! I think they do this so they can charge my insurance to squeeze a few extra dollars out of them. But this is also screwing over the patients that have to pay a co-pay. It's absurd that I have to pay just to have the doctor look over my lab results and let me know if everything is ok. Thats part of the original copay from the visit. I will not be going to this office anymore and I don't suggest you do either.
