Dr. Zgheib is an excellent cardiologist — thorough, patient, and genuinely invested in his patients. Unfortunately, the experience is completely undermined by his office administration. It took multiple calls and over a month just to get my test authorization submitted. Then I had to call three separate times to get my test results. Each time, I got the same scripted line: “Let me call over now and someone will get back to you.” No one ever did. As of the moment I’m writing this review, I still don’t have my results. The doctor is great. The office support is not. And when you’re dealing with something as important as cardiac care, that gap matters.

He is an Excellent Doctor and would recommend him to anyone who needs a Cardiologist. He takes his time with every patient. He explains everything thoroughly and makes sure you understand what he is saying to you. He is very genuine, kind, and thoughtful. I can not express enough what a wonderful and knowledgeable doctor he is. You are in the best of care you could possibly be in when it comes to your heart health with Dr. Ziggy.
