Where do I start how lucky I was to find this daycare for my son 3 years ago. This daycare was very professional and thorough from day 1 during the parent orientation the Education teacher reviewed everything to ensure that I felt comfortable and knew what to expect from them. My enjoyed attending everyday and when he had speech services they were to accommodate him. Safety is key for them, they remember everyone’s faces and create a relationship with each family. I guess that’s why I kept him there the sense of family I felt and saw. I even brought my second son at 3 mths and Yolanda treated him like her grandchild which she does with all the kid’s but to see how my son’s eyes lit up when she opened the door every morning was very reassuring. The daycare is open even on days when school is closed so it help not having to worry what to do when schools are closed. If you’re looking for a safe loving place to care for your child then Woodhaven Headstart is the place to be. Had it not been for the pandemic and the change in location to further East, both my boys would still be there. What I miss most about them is their little projects, personalized projects each child did for me and my husband. The holiday celebrations full meals!!! My boys were well fed everyday!
