I began seeing Rez in June 2025 after experiencing extreme back pain and the care, attentiveness, and attention I’ve received has been great. She is very knowledgeable and always ensures I get the care I need. Her staff is also wonderful, they’re very friendly, supportive and helpful. I have never experience treatment where I actually feel like I matter like I have here. If you’re looking for an acupuncturist that knows what they’re doing, cares and listens absolutely look no further than here! Highly recommend.

I'm sure she is a skilled acupuncturist. However, I felt misled by the onboarding experience. When I messaged about a consultation, someone called me right away and said they could see me in a few days. I asked about the pricing, but she assured me I should just come to the appointment for Rez to come up with a treatment plan. My insurance does not cover acupuncture, so I wanted to know the pricing, but I felt almost pressured into just going to the consultation. Rez was very knowledgeable about the conditions I discussed, and then quoted over $7300 for a treatment plan, which sounded thorough, but I simply can't afford that. I would LOVE to have that kind of money to spend on treatments. She then said if I go somewhere else, and don't follow her plan, I was wasting my money and the treatment won't work. It felt like a predatory wellness scheme to the tune of "....you have this mysterious chronic problem, I can connect the dots, I can fix it, you're desperate for help, just pay up and I'll work my magic...." On my way out she kept saying "I'm here for you" as if I magically was going to find thousands of dollars and come back the next day. I felt embarrassed. Just be up front about your pricing.
