The doctors are very attentive, cordial, and compassionate. The poor service comes from the reception staff, who were despotic and indifferent to my 80-year-old father. They made him wait for over two hours in the waiting room without even explaining the delay. When I approached them to ask when he would be seen, I was only met with a racist reprimand, told that my father was a "walker" and therefore had to wait. I pointed out that he had an appointment and wasn't a "walker." The dark-skinned woman, who spoke with a Spanish accent, became angry and, in short, ignored us, not caring about my poor father, who was tired and nervous by then, begging to go home. We had to leave, and he couldn't be seen because of the long wait. People who arrived much later were all seen. I don't know what kind of service that is.
