The 3 stars is for Dr. Oluyemisi Ariyibi.. I was looking for a new primary doctor and the couple times I did see her she was great. Always willing to help and understand my concerns. She was thorough and professional. As for the lady in management or whoever she is that I was transferred to on Monday morning on January 29th, 2023 denied my scheduled appointment the day before due to a situation that had absolutely nothing to do with the appointment I made.. I will no longer be a patient due to her lack of consideration! Just terrible! I will be looking for a new Dr. Sorry Dr. Ariyibi, I really thought I finally found a place that actually cared. Definitely filing a complaint with NYSDOH!

I gave this particular location one star because every time my daughter has had an appointment here, we've always had to wait upon arrival. The receptionist gives you an appointment time but there is always a wait. Once you're called into the room, you still have to wait. This is unacceptable.
