I came in as a walk-in around 11:30 AM and didn’t leave until about 3:30 PM, so the wait was pretty long. Communication in the front could definitely be better. Even though there’s a lot of information posted on the walls, people still seemed unsure about what to do next. The good part is once I was called to the back, everything moved quickly. I gave my urine sample, had blood drawn, and that whole part only took about 10–15 minutes. That part of the process was smooth and efficient. Just sharing my experience in case it helps someone else know what to expect as a walk-in.

Very nice service. Staff is very patience and courteous and the manager is very professional. Despite having some uneducated and impatient customers/patients, everyone remains calm, patient and professional. They're also very organized and respectful.
