Good Morning !! Hi.. my name is Ms. Gale V. Graham… This was my 2nd appointment/visit at this location. I was very impressed and lucky to encounter Polite … Professional and caring individuals !!! I would like to Compliment a couple of individuals who were up and above the norm !!! Lexi’s and Anna greeted me .. warmly and welcoming !! They answered my questions..and I would tell that they liked their job .. I was seen /introduced to Dr. Sha .. He was Very Professional, knowledgeable and most important…he listen to me and my Concerns . He also gave me very good advice and made me feel that he’s number one concern at that moment was me!!! My daughter had some concerns about me and my meds .. She called and he …. we had a group chat via phone !! I really appreciate him taken the time out to do that !! Thanks and take Care !! 🙏

No stars for this place. Essen Health at 2015 Grand Concourse is extremely overcrowded and poorly managed. They overbook so many patients that there’s barely anywhere to sit or even stand. Elderly patients were standing around with no seats available, which is unacceptable for a medical office. A healthcare facility should be organized, safe, and considerate of the people coming in for care — especially seniors. This place felt chaotic and uncomfortable. I would not recommend coming here unless they fix the scheduling and waiting room situation. Minus the front desk they were positive
