Bronx Foot Care: Oscar Castillo, DPM

Overall experience was okay doctor was informative and assisted my mother with her issues and proper medical attention was provided.However I strongly feel that medical office needs to work on sanitizing because the restroom was extremely dirty as well as snack bar which also needed maintenence. I also found a nail from a previous patient before my mother was called in and she was asked to lay on it. I must say I was disappointed because I have recommended this place to other patients and have spoken so highly of it. Again medical attention was good the girls in the front desk was alao welcoming , Would have given 5 star but due to the above issues im giving it a 3.

Dr. Castillo and his staff are amazing. Their professionalism and diligence are great. I was very impressed by their dedication and attention during pre and especially post surgery. Michelle is amazing, she was in constant communication with me pre surgery and remained in communication after. She checked on me 2x a day after surgery. Its been a month now and healing has been great. Dr. Castillo did a phenomenal job with my toes. This is your place to go for excellent foot care.
