I ordered for the Meta glasses gen 2 from them. I was charged $1,000. I specifically chose the matte finishing with transitions and polarized lenses. That was what I was told I was being charged for. When I went in for the glasses, yes they had the matte finish, however it didn’t have transitions, how do I know it even had the polarized lenses then! Anyways, I was informed they had ordered two pairs so I should come back next week to try on the other pair. Upon coming in next week, they showed me “a shinny finish or frames” which wasn’t what I paid for to begin with. I tried it on and I came home with the shinny one. Why? Because that had the transition at least. So I went back there because I felt the shiny one was bigger, it would try to fall off when I look down or even wear it for a while. So I asked if I could get the matte which was my original preference, which that fit perfectly. They said “Yes, they can add the transition to that, however it wouldn’t have the official RAY BAN on the glasses, like the shiny one has”. I felt and still feel so disappointed, and scammed if you ask me. Because I paid for the matte, transition, and polarized lenses. However I didn’t exactly get that, did I? And upon trying to get that, I would have to settle for an aftermarket lenses fitted into the frames. FOR A $1,000!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I haven’t been wearing glasses for too long. In the past two years, I’ve been to three eye doctors. This was the most expensive and least happiest with. When I went to pick up my glasses, they switched the frames that I originally picked and my prescription is incorrect. I went there and they told me to get used to it. I tried for three weeks and it still wasn’t the right prescription for me. When I went back, there was nothing they were able to assist me with. I paid $400 for this.

Hello all! I visited bronx eye care last week Monday. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. My glasses only took about a week to be ready. I am very pleased with the outcome here. Thank you to Julissa and the rest of the team.

My experience at this location was great! Jahaira was very patient and friendly. She helped me pick the perfect glasses for myself.

I enjoyed the customer service while getting my eye exam, the ladies Jahaira and Isabella are very sweet and helpful.
