This facility is by far !! The Worst !! Dr Rubin is sooo slow he basically gets paid for showing up Nd sitting in a room. The “director” needs a new position by far the most unprofessional… waiting times for a scheduled appointment will leave you waiting 2-3 hours just to be seen .. when you’re already scheduled !!! Ridiculous, I have been here plenty of times and I’m hardly ever seen. They either reschedule, cancel and just overall make you wait until they are ready.

Wow! I need to change my PCP if this is where they send me. Waiting area overly packed and loud. People on their phone talking loud, patients talking to one another and the a person who decides to watch videos with no ear piece. After a 40 minute wait I'm brought in the back for a weight and height check and there was a bag of doritoes laying on the wheel of the nurses rolling computer desk. Well it's crazy that I'm here to get blood drawn but if that's the cleanliness of the place....NO THANK YOU! Seated back out front and decided to leave. Thank God a Supervisor heard my complaint when I mentioned the bag of doritoes being the cause of my leaving.
