I saw some reviews from awhile back that made me question if this was the right choice but maybe they changed something because it is very clean and the staff is absolutely outstanding! They have been going out of their way to make sure that we have what we need as a family and for my loved one! It doesn't look like a 5-star hotel, but what makes the difference is the care and the people, which have both been outstanding! I've had family members at a few places in the last year or so and this has been one of the best!

My family member has been at Bronx Center and our experience has been very positive. The staff are caring, attentive, and treat residents with respect and patience. Communication with our family has been helpful, and it gives us peace of mind knowing our loved one is being looked after. We appreciate the hard work the nurses, aides, and staff put in every day to make residents feel comfortable and cared for.
