The clinic is okay. I’m leaving 5 stars only because of the front desk representative, Justin. He is extremely helpful, very polite, and actually takes the time to make sure things are handled properly. He has gone out of his way more than once to help me figure out my situation. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares and puts in real effort. He’s reliable, patient, and professional in a way that stands out. I honestly think he deserves a promotion. My experience with Juliette has been the complete opposite. She is unhelpful, dismissive, and incredibly frustrating to deal with. Communication is almost impossible because she speaks so quietly it’s barely audible, and there’s no effort to be clear or actually assist. Talking to her feels like a waste of time, and instead of solving anything, she just says “okay???”. It honestly feels like she has no interest in doing her job properly. There’s a huge gap in professionalism and effort and it’s very noticeable. The only reason this review is 5 stars is because of Justin.
