RUN!! If I could give 0 stars, I would! Extremely unprofessional! You will almost NEVER be seen on time! Like whats the point of the appointment?! Multiple people there are prejudiced towards people of Black/African descent (Afro-Latino, African, Black American, Afro-Caribbean) which will be a barrier to almost everything you need for yourself. Front desk never answers phone or does their job! All they do is gossip and chat. Honestly, Ive only had 1 decent therapist (Sam), 1 decent case mgr (Stephanie). ALL of the MDs quit!! Ive seen 3 different MDs within 2 years. 1 of the MDs (Mosquera) wouldve killed me! I told him I was allergic to a certain medication and he was going to prescribe it anyway! He followed up with "Take it, I dont care" 🙃
