I wanted to update my original review. The staff at this location is genuinely friendly and helpful, and I appreciate their service. However, I had a very disappointing experience with the quality of work on my glasses. I brought in my own frame,my late grandfather’s. Which hold a lot of sentimental value for me. They installed my prescription lenses, but as soon as I got home, one of the lenses fell out and got scratched. I immediately brought them back to explain the issue and have it fixed. Unfortunately, while trying to reinstall the lens, the staff accidentally broke the frame. I was really saddened by this, as these frames meant a lot to me emotionally. I chose not to go with the basic insurance options specifically because I wanted to use these special frames. I’m quite disappointed with how this was handled.

The staff here was extraordinarily helpful. All questions and issues were very quickly and professionally resolved. Especially Juan, he helped us find a great frame for my glasses and was very friendly. He made sure that we were very well taken care of and he even helped readjust my old glasses and replace the nose pads on them. They have a lot of great options for frames and all of the nurses and doctors are very professional and quick.
