Brilliant Dental, Pc

I would not recommend this dental office at all. The dentist seemed more focused on making money than actually helping patients. They quickly suggested getting a crown, which felt unnecessary and pushed. The “deep cleaning” was also very rushed — it took less than 10 minutes with some numbing, and that was it. In other clinics, deep cleaning usually takes multiple visits and is done much more thoroughly. What bothered me the most was the attitude. The staff and doctor were dismissive and didn’t treat patients with respect. It honestly felt like they looked down on people using insurance, as if everyone there couldn’t afford proper care. Overall, very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. I won’t be coming back.

I had a fantastic experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm and welcoming. The dentist was thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain every step of the procedure. The clinic is clean, modern, and very well organized. I felt genuinely cared for. Definitely a 5-star experience!
