Brighton Medical Plaza Pc

I saw Dr. Paul Hochsztein at this office in September 2018. My experience with this doctor was hardly a memorable one, but it's the office itself what I would warn future patients to STAY AWAY FROM. Absolutely irresponsible staff, to the point that they didn't keep a digital record of a renal sonogram I recently requested later for medical comparisons. Nobody took proper responsibility for this, including the office manager Mel. I've just heard lousy excuses and they totally washed their hands of my request. Absolutely unprofessional!

Some of the worst office employees I have ever dealt with. They are so rude, have purposely hung up on me multiple times, and office staff are incompetent. I have never been more frustrated. They should not be working in the health care community. Such nasty people. I would NOT recommend this location to my enemy let alone someone who needs a doctor. These people have been PURPOSELY hanging up on my over and over and over 11 times. They are inhumane and garbage.
