I had an appointment with Dr Brodie and he was brilliant, very professional and friendly. Also, the admin staff is wonderful and Rupen is very polite and helpful. Anu is good with handling with my complicated queries and private work and I had a tough past year with legal issues and she handled everything well. Overall, I am happy with my surgery, doctors and all admin/reception staff.

I honestly cant say enough amazing things about the amazing staff. From the very start of every visit you are met with smiling, happy well informed reception staff. Who are more than happy to help you any way they can. EVERY. Doctor, nurse or nurse practitioner i have seen have been amazing. Ok so let to some bits that might have people score down. Firstly the booking of appointments is a nightmare, however this isn't something a practice can solve this is a fundamental issue that the government must address. And if you phone up for an emergency appointment at least you are not made to feel you are under interigation, which i felt elsewhere. And yes 90% of the time you are sat in the waiting room 10, 15 sometimes even 20 minutes past your appointment slot. But this is because each member of staff ACTUALLY CARE. I for one would much rather wait knowing that my doctor will actually try to solve my issue rather than rush me out the door because the government gives them 5 minutes per patient. GENUINELY from the bottom of my heart. A massive thank you and keep up the good work.
