The staff was very welcoming, friendly and professional. The physician (Dr. Frank Cohen) was very knowledgeable, professional and spoke in plane speech as to not confuse you. I would and have, recommend Bosely to anyone. This is my second transplant with them. Can't forget Ken who conducted the consultation. He was also very professional and easy to talk to.

Dr.Cohen @ team (Luis, Wendy & Patty) did an absolutely spectacular job of making me feel comfortable and actually listening and honoring the requests that I had. I have issues with verbally acknowledging pain (toxic masculinity or something like that) and they read my body language and even made me feel comfortable with expressing myself before making sure I felt no pain throughout the rest of the process. Dr.Cohen was very attentive and personally checked in and participated in the surgery several times in the session, I’m sure more than what was required and definitely more than what was expected. They threw in 10 extra grafts and honestly less than a week post-op it’s already looking good and dense. Believe it or not. If you’re thinking about skimping and choosing Turkey like I was, take this review as a sign from the universe personally delivered to your eyes as divine intervention. Luis was very personable (although he wouldn’t tell me where he found the fountain of youth) and it all actually started with Nina (booking agent) who was very thorough and thoughtful, she sent me videos of a prior client with a similar hair situation as mine and assured me the doctor would consult with me once again on the day of surgery, prior to starting, to make sure we were on the same page. All in all, 11 out of 10 service so far. Sometime in the future I will likely return to update on the final results of the surgery and how it turned out, but based on my current established confidence and rapport with the team, it will most likely be to upgrade the rating to a 20/10.
