I do not recommend this agency for any of the services: traditional or self direction. Staff are unprofessional, they take too long to answer simple queries and documents. The intake for families apparently is closed. We are trying to hire a new DSP, and you can tell this agency is disorganized. Even when you escalaste issues, they try to stand for themselves and their interests no the families and people with disabilities. They see OPWDD as business instead of a service for a family.
