I came to this orthodontist when I was younger, and unfortunately, the experience was overwhelmingly negative. She never asked for my input, even on simple things like the color of my rubber bands, and consistently had a poor attitude, as did her staff. The onboarding process was unnecessarily dragged out, leading to several complications throughout my treatment. Looking back, I feel disheartened that I had to deal with such a negative and unhelpful environment, especially from someone who is supposed to be in a role that helps patients. She extended even the smallest procedures unnecessarily and, overall, the results were far from satisfactory. I strongly advise others to avoid this practice. Good luck!

This place is so unprofessional. The doctor is very rude to her patients. She threatens her patients and is so rough when working. She is so cheap, and only cares about money. She over prices tremendously. She will start an argument over the patient having to pay $2 for rubber bands (while they r literally spending thousands on the braces) she is careless and rushes tremendously while working. I’ve had to come back many times as my braces left marks, and stopped the blood circulation to my gums, and leaving me in so much pain and discomfort for weeks. All because she rushes and is careless. In the beginning she only puts the brackets on without anything, so that you come back another time and she makes more money. There is so much more I can say. DO NOT COME HERE!
