I cannot recommend this office enough! After suffering with tooth issues for over a decade and bouncing between different dentists, I finally found a place where I feel at home. Miss Mona is truly the best-she is so kind-hearted, understanding, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. It's because of her that I won't go anywhere else. Dr. Khoury is also a wonderful person and is doing a great job with my dental work; I'm already seeing amazing results. On top of the great care, they were so compassionate about my financial situation, offering me discounts since my insurance didn't cover everything. I am truly grateful for them both! 🙏🏼

Review of Boynton Dental – Bronx, New York On Saturday,the 14th of February 2026 I visited Boynton Dental to have mild tooth pain evaluated. X-rays were taken and I was seated for examination. The assistant prepared the instruments. When the dentist entered, he asked what brought me in. I explained I was there because of tooth pain. Without conducting an oral examination or looking inside my mouth, the dentist stated he was referring me to oral surgery to remove four teeth. There was no visual exam, no probing, no discussion of alternative treatment options, and no diagnostic explanation. Making a surgical extraction recommendation without examination raises serious concerns regarding professional standards of care. This is the same dental office who previously placed a cap for me. The cap failed shortly after placement, causing the underlying tooth to fracture. When I contacted the office, I was told I would have to wait two weeks for an appointment despite the urgency created by their prior work. The office administration appears disorganized and poorly supervised, from front desk handling to clinical coordination. On February 24, I received a call from my insurance carrier informing me that a claim for a crown and two implants had been submitted and denied. No crown or implant procedures were performed or talked about . When I asked the front desk at the time of my visit whether I would be charged for anything, I was told no. Submitting claims for services not rendered may violate: New York Penal Law § 176.05–176.35 (Insurance Fraud) New York Education Law § 6530 (Professional Misconduct – Fraudulent Practice) 18 U.S.C. § 1347 (Federal Health Care Fraud Statute) Billing for unperformed procedures can constitute insurance fraud under both state and federal law. I immediately notified my insurance company because this appeared improper. The only reason I discovered the issue was because my insurance coverage had recently changed and the carrier flagged the claim. Patients trust licensed professionals to act ethically and in accordance with accepted standards of care. Recommending extractions without examination and submitting claims for procedures not performed undermines that trust. Based on my experience, I strongly caution others to review all insurance claims carefully and obtain second opinions before consenting to major dental procedure
