Everything about my experience was outstanding. The receptionist was kind and efficient during check-in, setting a positive tone right away. The nurses were professional, gentle, and thorough, not only in asking detailed questions about my preparation, but also in taking the time to clearly answer all of mine. The anesthesiologist was equally exceptional, carefully double- and triple-checking that everything was safe before proceeding. She was incredibly kind and made sure I felt fully informed and comfortable, with no unanswered questions. Dr. Bonapace and his team were excellent. He explained the procedure thoroughly beforehand, and everything went exactly as planned. Both before and after, he made sure I was comfortable and well cared for. The team also ensured I was fully recovered before leaving, even providing juice and cookies, which was a thoughtful touch. I’m truly grateful for the level of care I received—not just physically, but on a human level as well. Everyone treated me with genuine kindness and respect, and it made all the difference.
