Doctors are good. but whan they tell you have to wait 10 minutes, it means an hour++. They act as because you walked into their office they own you and they can let you wait for hours without telling you. all this happened when the office was almost empty (this staff attitude is on the 12th Ave location not the 18th

Terrible office. Not only do you come for a set appointment and you end waiting over an hour but they jam as many patients into a day so the Dr. doesn't get to spend a sufficient amount of time with your child diagnosing the problem. Brought my son in with a high fever, was told would be seen right away. Like usual waited an hour then had to fight with the staff to get his temperature taken, which was 105! This is only one of the instances of their incompetence. Wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone.
