I really like my counselor. I’ve only had a few visits but I feel like I was matched with someone that was great for me. It’s been a very refreshing experience. Setting up services was easy and I got in fairly quickly. Enjoying my sessions with Mary a lot. I feel like I’m finally on the right track.

I am writing to let everyone know that you always get a first impression by who answers the phone and how you are treated and if you feel comfortable and safe right away. Well Michele answered when I called last week and was exceptional. She was truly caring and guided me through the process and got me an appointment with Joseph that same week and I wanted to thank her tremendously. She kept me calm during an extremely nervous time. Joseph was also very caring and listened to everything i had to say and never rushed me or was pushy and let me get everything off my chest and offered his professional guidance n knowledge. It is a wonderful team effort and it is exactly what I needed to be surrounded by. So thank you Michele n Joseph from my whole heart. Keep up the Phenomenal work. You are both helping out so many and that is PRICELESS. God Bless Always.
