Bliss Physical Therapy Pc

I’ve been going there for post-surgery therapy. Initially, the staff at reception and the physician were excellent. However, things changed when they hired new staff after a week. I wanted to share my positive experience with friends and family but couldn't. Even though I was second in line, they skipped my name and made me wait for an hour. It’s very unprofessional. The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because of Mr. Sai and the masseuse; otherwise, I would rate them 0.

Bliss Rehab is an experience like no other! These people really know what they are doing!! I have permanent spine injuries from a car accident. “Physical Therapy” has become part of my life; and I have been a patient at a handful of PT places. This past week, I was asked, would I give my current PT place a Google review? I’m very happy there , so of course I did! I was sharing the review with my son, that evening, and he asked me, “mom, is that the BEST Physical Therapy place you been to?” I thought about it; and I said, No! BLISS REHAB is the BEST Physical Therapy place I’ve been to!! Recently, we moved to the Bronx; and I’ve been to a few other PT places since; And I can truly say, that I wish I still lived in Jamaica, Queens just so that I can go there!! I walked in there in very poor conditions, And I saw them improve my function capacity to a better level than when I walked in. But like I said in the beginning, this place is an experience like no other!!
