I just gave birth today the the BBC, for the second time. After 2 hospital births, I decided to leave the heavily medicalized environment for a more natural, more physiological experience. I CANNOT express how much I adore giving birth at the BBC. There simply are no words. I was surrounded with love, patience, so much support and guidance, everything was just on point. I could hang out with these women every day, all of them are absolutely amazing. Nurse Caroline was there for both births, at this point she's family. Seeing her enter the room today was such an emotional moment for me, I will never forget, as I said while in labor she's my hero. Umeimah was my captain, and such a respectful midwife, she guided me and let me be, trusted me, the perfect balance that I needed. The birth assistant AJ was just the touch of sweetness and love I needed, it was like having a friend, a sister always having my back. And then Nicole called a couple hours after the birth to check in on me, which was so nice. I could go on. I am forever grateful to the BBC, I hope G.d blesses you all and your family for the outstanding job you do every day. NB : I am going to need the group picture we took today ! I'll be reaching out ❤️❤️
