Went to clinic for appointment. Office is very dirty and dingy. To top it off, Dr. called my name after about 10 minutes of being there to tell me she doesn't accept my insurance. I made this appointment 3 weeks ago. She claims she called last night to tell me not to come in. I checked voice-mail, no messages. Either way, why wait til the day before to call. Receptionist should've caught this when I made appointment. I very clearly told her my insurance. The details of the insurance should've been asked by her staff! Wasted $30 bucks on Uber for this nonsense!

I went to another GYN and he referred me to a sonogram. (Awful) This doctor listened and acted fast and took a just in case measure while we waited. I found immediate relief. First time i went years ago she resolved my problem. Idk my wait time was fair since i was a walk-in. Maybe an hr. But well worth it. She knew the details of when i was there from nearly 3 years ago.
