Do not go to this clinic. My experience here has been a complete nightmare, both medically and personally. The dentist performed an aggressive procedure without my consent or explaining the risks, leaving me with unbearable pain, severe swelling, and signs of infection (pus) within 48 hours. The temporary crowns they installed were of such poor quality that they began to crumble by the second day. The facility lacks proper hygiene, but the worst part is the staff. From the receptionists to the supervisor and the doctors, they are hostile and incredibly rude. When I went to request my medical records (a legal right in NY), they made me wait for a long time and tried to intimidate me with lies about my insurance to prevent me from seeking a second opinion. They tried to harass me into staying and showed zero respect for me as a patient. If you value your health and peace of mind, stay away. A formal grievance has already been filed with my insurance and the NY State Board. While they carried out the process, they attended to another person simultaneously, really a total lack of respect

One of the best places I could’ve went to to get my teeth fixed. The employees were so helpful and friendly and made me comfortable being there. I can say a lot about how great the doctors were when I was there, the way the pay attention to detail to make sure they don’t miss anything or see if anything else was going on with me and I highly appreciated it, I appreciated the work they done on my teeth and I strongly do recommend anyone out there to give this place a visit u won’t be disappointed!!
