I went to this office because I transferred from one in Brooklyn, where for the first time in months I felt like I was actually going to therapy. The old office I was attending didn't have that kind of commitment to providing good physical therapy. But I moved to this office and it was a great experience.

This is a Zero Star review. You come to the facility thinking you may be seen; chances are the doctors are never in. So you rescheduled; chances are ""first come first serve"" highly and heavily in quotation this option is never in the patient benefit. Staff talk mostly among themselves and insult patients in another language since the majority of the staff speak Spanish. I highly recommend if you are waiting for nothing this place is for you the only thing going for this place is Netflix no ads plan.
