The consultation examination started on time. The meeting was a personal first. I was a telephone video meeting. Dr. B. M. Reddy, M.D. asked questions getting to the question of my health matter for now and the future (i.e. approximately three to four years battery energy source exhaustion will need replacement or another action, "Do I need the loop-monitoring device inserted in my chest some three years ago removed", as end of battery life was now. Alternatively the loop-monitoring device can remain in place and continue to do what the loop-heart monitoring function continuously, and dispatching to my doctor's automated somewhat surveilled heart condition over periodic time. Dr. Reddy explained he doesn't monitor the device in my chest, but Dr. Matthew Jones, M.D. does. He questioned if Dr. Jones has any comment on the operation of the loop-monitoring device. Dr. Jones recommended I make an appointment to seen by him pose any questions I have. I did conduct the appointment on 10-16-2025. From there he stated he will conduct the condition, function of the loop-monitoring device with Dr. Jones' office, loop device maker, Medtronic make further meeting with myself, Medtronic rep., and rep. from Dr. Jones' office. To my surprise I received that call yesterday 10-17-2025. An android account was established and the i-phone data collection device connected replaced with android connect to my primary personal telephone. I will see Dr. Jones, M.D. again in a little over three months. At that time I will inquiry what the data data is saying about the heart. I will activate the device every other day for the next two weeks. I will call Dr. Jones office's and inquiry if Dr. Jones' office i getting data reception. I am extremely pleased with Dr. Reddy's follow-up, and the efficient questioning to get to the question if loop-heart monitoring should remain in place now until the device announces a need for service, device malfunction -- at such a time then I seek assistance from Dr. Jones' office. I am very happy with care, and follow-up. Jahmal Sabaha, P.E.
