What a perfect example of poor patent care. I found Dr Factor to have poor bedside manner. He was not gentle at all while handling my foot when the reason for my visit was pain. He failed to identify himself prior to speaking to me so I had to ask. Additionally I found him to be inflexible and highly dismissive. He also refused to sign any paperwork at all and gave me a paper prescription which I haven seen in years. I hope you’ll find luck with other doctors.

The receptionist was very rude. I waited an hour in the empty waiting room before asking the receptionist what’s the ETA on the doctor. She ignored me like I wasn’t standing right in front of her and continued to talk to her co worker. I then asked her if she was talking to me and she rolled her eye’s and said “ the doctor is busy. During my grandmothers appointment with the doctor she continued to make smart remarks she told the doctor “ that I don’t usually come in with the patient “ which had nothing to do with anything.
