I would not recommend BMH based on my experience. There was a consistent lack of professionalism, communication, and follow-through especially when it came to handling critical paperwork. I relied on this facility to complete and submit disability documentation so I could receive payments while out of work, and their failure to do so caused serious financial stress and uncertainty. In addition, there were multiple missed appointments from the psychiatry side, with little to no communication or accountability. This made it extremely difficult to receive consistent care and added to an already stressful situation. The overall level of care felt dismissive. Appointments were not handled professionally, including significant delays without notice. The patient coordinator was also rude, which only added to the frustration and made an already difficult experience even more uncomfortable. This experience had a real impact on my mental health during an already difficult time. I expected support and professionalism, but unfortunately did not receive either. I hope the organization takes steps to improve both their administrative processes and their level of patient care.
