Hands down the best dentists I've ever had. Dr. Rong is highly skilled, gentle, and very personable. Dr. Kong is also great at his job. Excellent bedside manner for both of them. Their staff is intelligent and kind, and their operating practices are very sensible, like the texts they send to remind about appointments.

I have no big issue with the doctor but I think they scam people. Before I visited their office I gave them my insurance information and filled up all necessary forms. They said everything is okay with the insurance. They took X-ray and did normal cleaning. 2 weeks after they call and said I have to pay $320 because my insurance didn’t pay, but I know my insurance pay $2500 every year for dental. If they are certified office/doctor, insurance supposed to pay, if not I wouldn’t go there. They are scam.
