Beth Israel Medical Center

I have been going to this hospital for my primary care visits for well over 10 yrs. This hospital has always given me excellent service. At first due to my insurance I had go to NYU langone for my clinic visits. The doctor I had was the worst. Uncaring and rude. I was so glad when I found out that my insurance was accepted by Beth Israel. They have best doctors in Manhattan, in my opinion. Would definitely recommend.

This ambulance refuse to drive me to the hospital when I told them I had a arriving painful ear infection that has gone down to my jawbone and I was in extreme pain so they refused to drive me and told me to walk the 20 blocks to the hospital at Union square so I get there I'm told to go to one floor then another floor then another floor and finally the top 5th floor or I'm told that I need to go to the 16th Street ER this entire time took a good hour and a half while I was still arriving in pain given no medications then had to wait for the ambulance who brought me to the hospital and they did my vinyls now I'm still sitting here waiting to see a doctor was still no Tylenol or Ibuprofen and still in completing pain where is the professionalism in that where is the caring for patients in that something should be done but I am not the one to do it I'm just a small little ant going up against an entire colony of wasps
