Hes Is Something

Some people are really helpful and professional but then there are others that are so incredibly unprofessional and ignore every message and call. It’s almost unethical the way that messages (both via the portal and calls) are handled, either ignored, sent to voicemail (to never be followed up), or shifted to someone else who then also hang ups or sends to voicemail. Something needs to fundamentally change because the good people here are solid but then the ones who are terrible at their jobs really make the entire experience awful. I will never go here again and I hope you don’t have to either because you’ll never have a single question answered.
