Highly suggest find alternatives to this place. 2.5 hours and counting since I was placed in the queue. You will wait at least 3- hours prior to being seen. Also, if you come in for an emergency after 8am you will not be seen. And the office coordinators are incredibly harsh and difficult to work with. For the elderly to come here, i genuinely am concerned about the safety of the patients here. Likewise, Nelissa at the front desk was extremely unprofessional as well as disrespectful. She and the others like her clearly need to be removed from this space. I do the same role as her elsewhere and would quite literally never speak to people the way she did. People like this do not belong in healthcare. Spoke with an administrative supervisor and I believe she will be little to no help with this but who knows. Best of luck to whomever reads this. Today, I took my son to the pediatric dentist and arrived early to check him in. However, the receptionist failed to register us, and after waiting for two hours—aware that delays can happen—I began to feel uneasy. I decided to ask about when my son would be called and provided his name and date of birth, only to discover he wasn’t on the list at all. I requested to speak with the manager to understand why he hadn't been registered. We arrived at 10 a.m., and I didn’t leave until 2 p.m. The receptionist who handled my check-in seemed disinterested in the process; she didn’t even greet me with a simple "Good morning," and when I pointed out that my son hadn't been registered, she showed no concern. It was the worst experience at a dentist. If I could give zero stars, I would. However, the staff in the back were fantastic. The new receptionists need to improve, as I wouldn’t have been seen if I had arrived late—it's unfair that my son wasn't registered despite arriving early. She is the worst, just don’t even be bothered to go to her. She seems like she hates her job.
