Unskilled/ rude/dismissive front desk staff. My patient is a patient of doctor Wu. I've called for various reasons, simple things like faxes or record requests are NEVER completed. The girls there work quickly to get you off the phone and throw your concerns in the trash. Up to now, I can't get a reply. Their fax numbers also doesn't work. It's impossible to believe Dr. Wu can run a reliable office with these people being on staff.. Just ridiculous. Even the office manager... 0 customer service skills. 0 effectiveness. 👎

I see the office manager has already been reviewed. She is mean. She is rude and I really do not understand how a person in a doctor's office can work with people and have that type of attitude. I am there for my health and not looking to put up a fight or be demeaned or belittled. However she manages to believe that belittling patients is fine. Dr. Wu and the nurses and other doctors are fine but she is very rude. This is the ONLY reason my family is tempted to switch family doctors.
