Dr. Bonte has been exceptional in his care and approach. He is very compassionate and patient. Every visit feels personalized, and he takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. His expertise is evident with his recommendations for treatment. The procedures for injections were explained thoroughly every step of the way and I always received a follow-up call the next day. The referrals to other physicians and physical therapists have also been wonderful. The staff are all very nice and professional. They are quick at sending referrals and getting prior authorizations. They email me copies of all the referrals which is extremely convenient. They are very good at communication and respond immediately. The office is very clean and comfortable. I have yet to have any wait time. It has been almost 2 years and I finally feel like I am getting the care I need and deserve. I'm truly grateful to have found such a dedicated physician. I would highly recommend Dr. Bonte to anyone in need of outstanding medical care.
