Dr Belamy is a great doctor but his staff , that lady in the front is an unprofessional! She runs the office like it’s hers, she has no respect for patients, she is not a nice person, she has a terrible personality, dont know how to talk to ppl or treat them. We stopped using the Dr because of this pit bull. If Dr Belamy doesn’t get rid of this lady he will keep losing patients.

The worst! Any Doctor who pays an office manager that tells a patient (coughing up blood) that she'd 'let him die before allowing him to see a doctor if he doesn't have his insurance card & picture ID' isn't someone you should trust with your health. My new insurance company appointed this "Urgent Care" as my primary Doctor, but hadn't sent my insurance card. I showed them my first bill with account # which they could have looked up to confirm. The sweet receptionist called her manager to approve who basically told me to drop dead. The apologetic, professional receptionist told me I should go to the emergency room which is what I did. People in the medical field take an oath not to turn away those in need of medical care. This was unprofessional, rude and just plain evil. That old lady should be fired, but she's probably a family member since this is a "family operation." BEWARE!
