From the doorman to the receptionists, the second I entered this establishment, I was welcome with kindness and showed courtesy. Dr.R (Roxanne Borukhov) and Dr..K (Kathleen Kalschmid), shared there specialized knowledge and graciously collaborative an efficient assessment taking my needs into consideration. (Dr.R) was my primary doctor who overseen my ear condition and within seconds her calm demeanor eased my fears and restored my confidence. (Dr.R) professionalism and etiquette showed with her active listening and effective communication, as she made my office visit a pure joy and pleasure, offering information and assistance that will make my remaining years to live a better place to hear, so I can comfortably communicate with others. (Dr. Borukhov) I am so happy that my insurance ( Health First) was accepted by Forest Hill Audiology and once again I say thank you for your time and professionalism, and will add, hoping many blessings will come upon you ,your family and friends for all the kindness you showed me and others. The Forest Hills Audiology office is like a warm hug! I found the expertise here unmatched. Dr. Boruhkov provided thorough testing and explained everything in a way I could understand. She was incredibly kind and attentive, listening carefully to my concerns and making me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Dr. Boruhkov took the care & time to teach me about my new hearing aides and answered my questions and concerns without judgement. Dr. Roxanne Borukhov and Dr. Kathleen Kalschmid both possess professionalism, knowledge and humor; traits that create an excellent hearing healthcare environment. At my first visit, I was set up with my new hearing Oticon devices. I am still getting used to them but during my second visit, I received adjustments that made a helpful difference. They also assisted with the UFT paperwork which I found reassuring. The ladies at the reception desk are professional, kind and helpful as well. It isn’t always that you can find these qualities in my experience. On a side note: on my way to the office, I slipped and fell . I hurt my hand and arm. Kristen at reception, quickly fixed me up with a band-aid, Bacitracin and a cup of water. Dr. Kalschmid checked my arm and hand and talked to me until I calmed down. Dr. Boruhkov did the same. They go above and beyond to make their patients feel seen, heard and taken care of. I recommend Forest Hills Audiology!  Like
