After being with the same doctor for 20 years. Dr Pildysh decided to go here. Absolutely unprofessional front desk . I requested an appointment over the phone via Telehealth and was denied with prejudice. I am done with this place before even starting. Time for a new doctor.

This review is concerning 30 St. James St practice specifically. I want to preface this by saying I have never in my life wrote a review on google for any negative experience I have had, however, my experience here has been so bad I am moved to. I would give them no starts but unfortunately google forces you to choose at least one. In November of 2024 I had an annual physical with Dr. Trejo at which time a heart monitor was ordered for me to determine if further intervention was needed for a heart murmur Dr. Trejo heard (despite my EKG coming up as normal). I was told I would get a follow up call to have heart monitor placed on my person. I never received a follow up call. After I called many times in following months, I was told in Dec and Jan I was still on waitlist and reassured the issue was not serious enough to seek cardiology appointment. In late Feb after calling more I finally get heart monitor and wore it for a week. When it is taken off I was told I will get results in one to two weeks at which time doctor is able to go over my results. Three weeks pass and I do not receive call to follow up. I call once again and I am then told the heart monitor data was not captured and also that Dr.Trejo has left practice. I am told I will need to wear heart monitor a second time. I get heart monitor placed on a second time. I take it off and once again am told I would have follow up appt to review results in a week. I am scheduled to come in the following Monday. On Monday I arrive and am told they don't have results after waiting for nearly an hour to be spoken to. I am told to come the following week. I come again and am told heart results are there but unable to be "downloaded" that only the doctor (who is not in) is able to perform this function. I am told he will give me a call the following day. I am promised this by multiple staff in office including nurse practitioner. I once again do not receive call. I call again this morning to be told that "it takes a week to download" and that the doctor will call me later today. I have little to no hope this will actually happen as there has not been follow up regarding my care not once in this entire process. It is now been 6 months since initial appointment. If it were anything but my heart and for the fact that I have worn the heart monitor not once but twice I would have just left it alone. I have made my frustration known to all the staff on every trip to the office as I have taken off work and spent valuable time and energy going there without results. My observation of this practice is there is an extreme lack of communication and functionality that allows patients to completely fall through the cracks. While that might be a function of bigger problems in our health care system, I find that this particular office and its staff refuses to take accountability for their missteps, lacking empathy and ability to see the whole situation for what it and find solutions to execute care. When I have expressed my grievances to staff I am met with defense and deflection of blame onto me. I should also mention that along this process I have been billed for appts where I came to office and no care was provided so I am fighting them on that end as well. I have never been to such a senseless and careless place and would strongly encourage others to avoid it. Every time I call I wait an unnecessary amount of time and the same goes for in person visits. Having to advocate for yourself in this office is an understatement. You will not get care unless you are actively fighting for it, and even then you will be made out to be the one that is out of line for being upset and expressing frustration.
