Just went to help my mother out with their issues on the store, I would highly recommend not going to this location if you want to waste more money than you already paid for, originally we were supposed to pay 1,350 in 6 split payments, then afterwards we thought we were done with the payment until we got charged more than we had paid, went to the store to see what’s up and they never told us about charging us more on what they did, the staff was rude to my mother and she was crying afterwards, please retrain your workers because this is very disrespectful

I had been a customer for more them 10 years, but recently I had my worst experience at the bay shore location. They make a mistake with my prescription and no one apologize and they took to long to correct my prescription. I would never come back to starling optical. The manager was no helpful that's why her people can do they job correctly.
